QuietMode is a calming digital wellbeing platform that helps you reclaim your attention through a personalized 21-day plan and supportive courses. You can reach us anytime at contact@quietmode.care.

2. What we collect

• Account details: email, display name, and avatar.
• Onboarding answers used to tailor your 21-day plan.
• Progress data: daily check-ins, reflections, and module completions.
• Billing data processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data (browser, device, IP) needed to deliver and secure the service.

3. How we use it

We use your data to create your account, generate your personalized plan, track progress, process payments, send service emails, and keep the platform safe. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with trusted processors that help us run QuietMode (hosting, database, email delivery, payments, Smart Personalized plan generation), and only as needed to operate the service.

5. Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing contact@quietmode.care. You can also cancel your subscription from the Billing page.

6. Retention & security

We retain your data while your account is active and for a short period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. We use industry standard safeguards including encryption in transit and row-level security on our database.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
